Meet Our Staff
Director Keri Lysaght graduated with honors in 1998 with a degree in Early Childhood. Keri was a former employee of Olive Tree before becoming the director in the summer of 2002. She has a passion for children and teaching God's word. Keri and her husband live in Lee's Summit, and are proud parents of a daughter.
Olive Tree has a staff of 21 employees. Our staff includes teachers who have early childhood degrees, teachers who are working toward that goal, and teachers who are just getting started in the field. Each teacher has a passion for children and a love for teaching.
Each employee must have the following upon employment:
State Child Abuse Screening
Criminal Background Check
Medical Examination Report
In addition, we require teachers to have a tuberculosis test every other year, CPR and first aid training every other year, and preschool teachers are required to attend two days of in-service training each August.
