Raising a Good Kid First
(Sunday, October 3rd - 6:30 - 8pm))
The world suggests your first priority is to raise an athlete, a scholar, a musician, or whatever else the culture prescribes at the moment. Come to this class at the Summit and take a look at ways to “raise a good kid first”. As a church we are eager to assist you in parenting children who grow up to be polite, problem-solving young adults who are steeped in character and have the strong values that are so essential to true success in all areas of life.

Raising an Un-Entitled Child in an Entitled World
(Sunday, November 7th - 6:30-8pm)
This class will help equip parents develop the skills necessary to ward off the entitlement attitude and to raise up responsible, grateful, respectful children. In a society focused on entitlement and immediate gratification, this is a radical concept. (Actually, it is a Christian concept first articulated by Christ!)
