GOD AND ME
God and Me is a course designed for all 2nd and 3rd graders. The curriculum is designed to help children become best friends with Jesus and tell their story of "God and Me" together. Children make a game in each lesson and keep their games in a GAMEBOX (God And Me Exploring Box). These games reinforce the Bible lessons and provide opportunities for families to explore God's love together.

The four lessons include: God Created Me; Jesus is God's Gift to Me; I Can Talk with God; and Because God Cares for Me, I Can Care for Others. Students complete exercises and participate in activities to help them relate the Bible stories to their own lives. This is a 4 week class and a parent is required to attend all 4 sessions with the student. Cost is $10 which includes the student workbook.   Pre-registration is required. 2010 God and Me Dates:

Starting Wednesday Jan 20, 2010 and meeting every other week for 4 weeks from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.

Starting September 29, 2010 and meeting every other week for 4 weeks from 6:30 pm - 8:00pm.

GOD AND FAMILY
God and Family is a course designed for all 4th and 5th graders. The curriculum is designed to help youth understand the importance of family and God's role in a healthy family. Children compare families and pizza. 

The Biblical lessons taught are: 1) We are God's Family, 2) Family Heritage, Spiritual Heritage,  3) Our Talents and Gifts Strengthen Our Families, 4) In God's Family We're Loved No Matter What! Because We're Loved, We Follow Rules, 5) Being in God's Family Helps Us When Things Are Tough, 6) In God's Family, We Share as a Response to God's Love.  This is a 4 week class and a parent is required to attend all 4 sessions with the student.

This class will be offered again in January 2011.
