Domestic Mission Trips
Looking for an opportunity to reach out to those in need beyond our city? Consider a mission trip sponsored by The Summit Missions Team.
We recently partnered with Block-by-Block of Eastern Iowa who rebuilds homes damaged by the Cedar Rapids flood of 2008. The Summit sent a team of 11 to Iowa, May 13th -16th, to work with Block-by-Block. We completely gutted a home to be renovated and drywalled three rooms in another home.
Partner with Disaster Recovery The Texas Annual Conference rebuilding the Houston/Galveston community
after Hurricane Ike.
Travel July 17th - July 21st.
Specific schedule details TBD.
All those 18 years and older are invited, limited to 30 participants.
Early bird registration by July 5th is $210 (covers lodging and meals at host church) registration after 7/5 is $225 and open until July 11th.
